An email was sent to me telling me to renew a subscription with Norton Lifelock. I called the number (833)469-0464 and was able to talk to Linda, they asked for invoice # which was provided on the email.I told them i need to cancel that and don't want to be charged ($400+)but she asked me to get a google chrome browser so we can fill up a form for cancellation. I told them I have called other providers and no forms was necessary she insisted I was already suspicious so I told them I do not want to access any website so just cancel my acct or I will report them to the Bureau.She called a manager and manager insisted he wants to help thats why we need to fill up a form. I told them this is ridiculous and advised I will definitely report them. The email address used was [email protected]. Hope this helps to look them up and stop them from doing all these scam and victimize the vulnerable ones. Thank you!
