I ordered 6 electronic riding toys, for my 4 children plus 2 for my boss's grandchildren for Christmas. I understood that they would not be shipped in time for Christmas so I took pics and gave them to the kids so they would know they at least had something coming. Well, when they never came in, I contacted the company by email. When they emailed me back, they said something happened in logistic and my money would be refunded within 3 weeks. I waited 3 weeks and never received the money or the electronic riding toys, so I emailed them back. Since then, they have not contacted me since. That was almost a month ago now. So, the kids didn't receive their Christmas and I'm out a substantial amount of money.
