I ordered 2 pair of sports shoes for hockey. They never arrived I have emailed and received reply’s about 30 in total cost was $130. My kids have started the season with out the shoes they need.

I ordered what I thought was 2 pair of Salomon women's cross training shoes but realized I ordered the wrong color on one pair. I immediately emailed them (within 2 minutes of ordering and paying) and explained I needed to change the color of the shoes. I was told the order had already been shipped and they could not help me. I went around and around with them and they kept giving me the same "canned response". I never received the shoes. HOWEVER I did discover that the "website" now is only featuring a few hair products...please investigate and shut this group down! They took my $100 of my money....and I received NOTHING.
