I was contacted by my scammer from Realtor.com to use my real estate services. He sent me proof of funds from a Chase Bank account (I did not confirm funds)- His name is Michael Franzen. He told me he was possibly looking to open an office here in San Antonio, TX and wanted a house near restaurants and the attractions to take his clients to. 4 beds/4 baths with a pool and 3 car garage- Up to $2.5m.

I then asked what he did for a living and he told me he was a crypto trader and that where it all started- if I was interested he would help me make trades. So I said sure, why not.

After setting up my own account with his recommended trading site-(hopexctg.com). I wire transferred funds to that account, (total amount sent $47504.45). I made several trades with him over a two month time span- Nov-Dec 2022. I have profits in the account to the total of $776,900. I then tried to withdrawal some funds and after being giving the run around I realized that I had been scammed.

I do believe this scammer has my funds in his China Binance account. I
