My friends/relatives are receiving calls regarding me and were informed that they needed me for a "civil matter". I called the local number and spoke with a Miss Bailey. She informed me that I have outstanding credit card balances which I know FOR A FACT are not true. Several years ago I settled the debt on several credit cards and to this day, I do not have a credit card for this reason. They are wanting me to set up a payment plan and I refused as I had to report the amounts that were reduced as income and pay taxes on same. I called her back and asked her to fax documentation to my attorney's office and we would get back with her. As of yet, I have received no fax.
