Honor Rewards Resort Reports & Reviews (2)
Scam, Cannot Book or Get Follow-upRichard Moore from Honor Rewards Resorts sold me a package for $536/5. I have been calling for over a year to talk with someone to find out how to book a vacation. It's rare someone answers the 888-444-5598 number. In the two times someone answered she said she couldn't help me book a vacation and transfered me to a sales person. I got voicemail and never a call back. When you can during business hours you are immediately placed on hold for at least 10 minutes. Then it disconnects or you can leave voicemail, but it's not consistent.
At this point I want a refund as I'd be scared for my life to even use the service it it's legit. This is the worst experience ever. I will never buy prepaid vacations again. I've filed with. The BBB and hope they can do something too.

Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
I was contacted by Ryan King and Thomas Jones from this Honor Rewards Resort company. The only reason I entertained the phone call because they told me they were with Hilton Honors program which I am a part of. I was sold a vacation package that I unfortunately can not use. The locations that were given to me were not all-inclusive and I need to be 28 years old to partake in the tours I did not receive this information until after the purchase. During the phone call I told them repeatedly I was not 28 years old but Ryan assured me the company had locations I could go to without needing to be 28. I called to get clarification on what I bought a day later and it seemed like Stacy the customer service representative I spoke with did not know anything about the packages the company had. She told me all-inclusive was only for Mexico and Dominican Republic. When I explained to her that's not the impression I got when I purchased the package she later told me oh no all-inclusive should be at all locations. It seemed like they were just telling me what I wanted to hear to try and keep my money. I requested a refund after talking with Stacey and was told that if I could not provide a good reason as to why I wanted one then I couldn't get it. On their website it states that I can request and receive a refund within 7 business days of purchase. I bought it 2 days ago. I should not have to explain why I want a refund if I requested it. Just give me my money back. The manager that I spoke to today I think was named Henry was very unprofessional and rude when I asked for my refund. He said he would have to investigate it further and make sure my reasons followed their protocol. The bottom line is I was sold something I cannot use, I requested a refund within the allowable time frame and was told my reason was not good enough.
