My truck broke down in Marysville, I paid them for a towing service that never came (supposedly) but when I came to have it towed on my own accord I find out my truck was stolen and local law enforcement didn't have any record of my truck being towed on their behalf and neither did Washington State patrol. The last contact I had with driver said he was on the way and was unable to pick up. But when they gave me the phone number for him I've tried calling multiple times to no avail. They weren't able to help me to locate the tow driver (Zak's towing) who's supposed to be the vendor that owns the towing company.
