Ordered 2 ice makers that were showing on their website and Facebook. I sent my credit card info and paid in full for both. Have waited 2 months for it to arrive. (Did not know was coming from out of country,it did not state that on order. I would have not ordered if had know that). After waiting 2 months for delivery I tried contacting company. They only have email. I did send email to service dept. along with my tracking # that did not work. They sent me an email days later stating it was going through customs and to please wait 25-30 days. I have waited and sent another email stating it had not been delivered. They sent email back stating it had been delivered. I sent another email,and they will not contact me.

I tried to use the tracking # ************* here:*********************/ and this address but it does not work. Then on last email they sent me the following tracking info which I am unable to verify.
