The website initiated a contract with me that should have been fulfilled within 90 days (worth $499). Upon contacting them, they claimed they could not find my file. Shortly after that, they claimed they found the file and presented a very poor report giving the impression that they never actually made the attempt that they claimed they did. In addition, if the attempt failed on their end (which the report claimed that it did) they were to refund 50% of the price ($250). I inquired about the refund and they stated it would go through on their next billing cycle. It never came through and they are no longer replying to emails. I imagine most people do not report their lost money due to the nature of this business, but they need to be looked into immediately.
