I ordered their product online. They stated that they are an American-based company and the item would arrive within 6-10 days and they state in their comments under their advertisement that they use USPS. I received a weird-looking tracking number the day after my order, I clicked on it to find it is from China and the tracking number not found. After 7 days I contacted them through Facebook, and that same day the tracking number starts working. This was on April 19th. Today (May 4th) the tracking says it will still take up to 8 days to arrive. Their return policy states you need to return the item within 15 days after ordering, which is impossible. I have asked them for a refund, but they stopped answering my emails and messages.
