April 4,2018 I purchased an "Business Package" from this young lady. I was suppose to received 2 phone consultations and website designing in which I had to hunt her down to get my phone consultations. If it wasn't for me emailing her constantly I probably would not have received my 2nd consultant. The website designing was only suppose to take 3 days in which it is on her website as well as in the messages I got. This was APRIL 4,2018. I then waited and waited to get my website done I contacted her multiple times and I have those documents as well. Week 3 came and I became very upset due to the fact there was no contact from anyone on her "team" not even from her. I have emailed, texted, even messaged her on Facebook and NOTHING. She blocked me from Facebook, blocked me from calling her and I know this because I called from my number it went to voicemail then I called from another number and it rang. I emailed her again threatening to sue her, report her to BBB and told her that I had her address and she FINALLY emailed back pretending to be someone saying "She had a family emergency she isn't doing any services at this time blah blah blah" BUT she is very constant on Facebook so that was a lie. She then texted me after me trying to contact her for 3 weeks and said that I was rude (because I basically called her out on how unprofessional she was and how she was scamming people) we then what I thought resolved the issue because she gave me another date that she said she would have the website done LIED AGAIN. Now she is back to ignoring me and I still have not received the service that I paid for. It has now been a little over a month and now my friend is doing my website for me. She did NOTHING that she was suppose to do AT ALL and her website said that she do issue refunds which I asked for and she did say in the email that she would give me a refund and NOTHING I got scammed out of my money. She also tried to offer me something that I did not want and did not pay for. I paid via cash app please be aware of Kareesha Carter she comes off as genuine and is quick to take your money but not quit to give you the service you pay for. I finally just let it go and now I'm learning not to trust these so called "small businesses" it really sucks
