Computer completely locked up. When call they ask for access to your computer to fix the errors and at no charge then get you in the end charging $149.99 for one year of service and to install better anti-virus and mal ware catching software. Actually install a back door giving them access. Called back and got hung up on three times asking for a refund. Cost $275.00 if have computer fixed by local reputable service provider. Got an email saying they would refund money - waiting to see if we really get it. Other names of companies using this same phone number and have similar information and address on their web sites: Support4computer.com, Inetsupport.com. Other possible address used: 5315 River Way Park #P, Buena Park, Ca and Artesia, CA ( with no street address listed). Also used email: [email protected].
