This online web services Hondaparts.com is a scam don’t order from here their customer service consist of one line that a ghost is in charge of cause no one picks up. They are also quick to take your money and send you no tracking numbers for your product and also check your emails as they are slick on telling you the product is on back order instead of contacting the customer about it to see if the customer wants to proceed with the purchase or not. Very unprofessional business with no customer consideration. Fake iRobot type service. And who the hell is the CEO I would be pissed to be losing money due to customer negligence from these employees working there that is if it’s a real business.

I contacted this company about a part for my honda. At first they were polite and responsive. They sent me an email saying I had typed in the wrong address since billing and shipping address had to be the same.they would issue a refund and i was to re order. So I reorder the part and the website billed me 5 times plus I had 3 different fraudulent charges from walmart's and other places. Called them for 4 days as well as multiple emails. No response. Do not get ripped off by this company
