I ordered a dress from this website for my daughter's dance. It's been over two weeks and I've received no tracking information and the dress is not here. The dance has already passed. I contacted customer service and they told me that even though they haven't shipped the dress, they also will not give me a refund..or cancel my order. They wait days to respond, so that too much time passes to be able to do anything. It's a total rip off. I spent 150$ on this dress and they won't even ship it, let alone refund me or cancel my order.

MY DAUGHTER ORDERED A DRESS FROM 'HOMRAIN' AND IT IS THE WRONG SIZE. SHE IS SIMPLY TRYING TO RETURN FOR A REFUND OF $102. WE BOTH HAVE EMAILED THE COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST WEEK AND HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE. THERE IS NO CONTACT INFORMATION OTHER THAN THE EMAIL GIVEN ON THE WEBSITE. THE WEBSITE SAYS THERE IS A 14 DAY RETURN POLICY AND IT HAS ALREADY BEEN 7 DAYS. PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT ACTION CAN BE TAKEN. THANKS SO MUCH.
