I made a purchase for a product they had advertised on TikTok, they took the money out of my account and it's been five months and I have not received it yet

Homesty advertised a variety of power tools, generators, and other handy items on TikTok. I clicked the provided link, which redirected me to Homesty's website. I made two purchases on 11 September 2021. The company stated it would process and ship my order request in 3 days according to one invoice and on the other invoice stated it would be shipped within 24 hours with projected delivery in 10 - 20 working days. I have contacted the company through email and have not received any type of correspondence concerning the two products that I ordered. To date, I have not received any products. It has been a month and I am suspicious that this company is not legit based on no communication and an incomplete business address.
