Home matters USA contacte regarding Modification of my mortgage and Lower interest rates and all default fees paid by. A Government Funding due to the 2020 Pandemic plus they insured they would handle all correspondence from previous server they collected from me in the last 14 months 21,642 .00 and no Escrow , taxes have been paid They. Don’t return calls and contact and previous persons no longer employed

My mother has a mortgage for a home in Los Angeles county in California and recently has alerted me that she has been scammed by a this company who promised to get her a better loan. On March 26th of 2020 my mothers mortgage payments were behind and the home went into foreclosure. Just prior to the foreclosure HomeMattersUSA contacted my parents over the phone and convinced them that they could help get them a better loan. To present date they have paid a total of $17,517.78 using cashiers checks. They where told by HomemattersUSA to stop paying their mortgage and let them take care of dealing with their lender. HomemattersUSA did not pay one cent to the lender and now my disabled, recently widowed mother owes $37,220.45 of backpay and fees to the lender. I’ve alerted the Federal Trade Commission of this scam and now I’m seeking help for my poor mother. Please do not give any money to HomeMattersUSA they are not going to help you but only steal your money.
