Never received item. Toy excavator.

I purchased the ride excavator on Oct 31 and have not received it yet they said it was delivered on the 19 Nov. They told me to check with post office when I checked with them they said they had nothing. Then when I contacted the seller by email they said check my aisle and garden this is a rip off

homelandstore.net runs a false website

that sells all kind of items for cheaper prices but never sends the items(or maybe only for a few lucky ones to cover up)

what's sad is that Paypal workes with them & legitimate them, here is a copy of my review on PayPal :

I am still in the middle of trying to dispute a false seller who states that he shipped my item

I purchased the item on Dec 3, and the seller states that he shipped it on Nov 25 (strange?), I filled a case & PayPal denied it.

I know my next step will be to dispute the credit card charge, but I can't seem to let this trough that PayPal is working with the scammers
