I placed an order with Home Good Services for two wooden storage crates for Big Books on 8-15-2022for a school. They charged my business credit card $222.32. When I first called in October to report a missing order, they informed me that the storage crates were on a ship, stuck in the ocean, and it would take a little while before this shipping crisis was over, but that they would be shipped to me. I have tried numerous times to call them, and they don't answer the phones or return phone calls. I received an email from David with Return Support on 4-21-2023, stating that they needed "24 business hours to find the status of your refund with the concerned team and we'll get back to you with a positive response." I keep trying to contact them, and there is no response.
