Same thing happened to me. Purchased the dyson wrap system for $299. They claimed UPS delivered it but I never received it.

I ordered a Dyson Corrale hair straightener from this company, received a thank for placing my order. They collected my payment and then I received another email with a tracking number from UPS. After tracking my order, it shows it was delivered, but somehow I never received it. Following up with UPS right now, but after reading other scam descriptions on here, I feel I won't being recovering anything, including my money. I've tried to contact the company, only to have an answering machine each time I call and finding out the email address is not valid. Please do your due diligence before purchasing an item that is much cheaper than normally priced!
