I’ve never heard of such seller and never authorized any transactions with it. I’ve contacted PayPal and reported an unauthorized activity. Next day I was charged $69.98 again totaling $489.86 by this unidentified seller. I realized that it goes through subscription that was somehow initiated on PayPal and PayPal didn’t cancel after my claim. I was able to cancel it myself on my PayPal page. Then I realized that amount of subscription matched the price of a lawnmower I’ve ordered. Again, I agreed to pay once for a lawn mower to HomeDepot Deals website and was not aware of any subscriptions or any sellers with Cibare PTY name. I called PayPal about the claim but PayPal ruled it authorized and granted our hard earned almost $500 to a scammer with no website, no legitimate email, no phone, no address. I’ve contacted my ******** card (payment used on PayPal account) to dispute the charges. So far, ******** ruled to return my money to me. I’m under impression that PayPal takes side of scammers because they work together and benefit from it. Be aware of fake websites like HomeDepot Deals and PayPal.
