The scam was the sale of a Samoyed puppy. There was a post on Facebook from Home Coming Animal Rescue/427-401 E Dresden Ave. Akron, OH 44301, USA. We contacted them, and they assured us that we would receive a Samoyed puppy. We paid the money, and was asked to send additional funds several. Which we provided. We paid $1080.00 for the puppy, and we did receive a contract. They stated that we would receive an invoice and transportation information. We have not received either. They also stated that they would be in contact with us today, but we haven't heard from them. The picture of the puppy we chose was then removed from the post.
