Received multiple unsolicited phone calls from HomeCashOffer LLC on 3/7/2021. Victor Fuller (phn 405-544-5409) contacted my 74 yr old mother’s cell phone number passed 9pm, so I answered and advised to not contact again, and hung up. The follow day, 3/8/2021, Victor called again and made an offer to my mother for $75,000 for her property **** ******** **** *** *****. The condo is not on the market. ******* ***** was not looking to sell. A contract for $75,000 was signed that day. Closing Date was scheduled for no later than 4/13/2021. Closing was cancelled and rescheduled without any notice with Millennial Title. Today, 4/28, the new closing date, I take her to the closing at Millennial Title and they advise their systems are down and cannot complete closings. At 12:38, she receives a call from another investor in the company stating the numbers don’t work and they offered no higher than $52,000, on the day of the closing! We have a signed contract and now no sale. My name is ******* *****, the son of ******* ***** and I believe this company preyed on my mother’s age with empty promises to obtain a property at a much cheaper than offered price. This company should be ashamed of their behavior towards unknowing victims. I can be contacted at 813-523-2103. Completing POA paperwork for my mother’s behalf.
