We were looking for a puppy for our little girl and we found their web site homebred Shih Tzu, they had a nice story on how they began breeding these puppies. He requested contact by email. After he received email he text then called. He said his name was Taliyah Lee then requested payment by Zelle for 600 dllrs, when payment wouldn't go through then he requested it sent to Sharemi Williams and advised us the puppy will be shipped and arrive the next day. He had a accent like he was from India. He said he was located in Colorado but his caller ID came up as New Jersey. Then we received a email from stating due to weather conditions they now needed us to rent or purchase a air conditioned crate from Logistic Shippers Intl for 850 dllrs. I offered to go pick up the puppy instead or just ship when weather conditions were better but they advised me that this was not possible. I advised them I did not have the additional fund and if I could just cancel my order and refund my money
