I order 6 packages of alcohol wipes from Home&Mart purchase total of $30.98 order number 12339 and never received the package. I keep contacting the seller about my items and for a full refund of my money but, they keep ignoring my request. Their response is always to wait and be patient, package is still being processed. When I tell them not to process the order since it hasn't even left the warehouse, just to issue me a refund they simply don't answer my emails.

I believe this company is scamming innocent customers who are looking to buy supplies like gloves, alcohol wipes, items to sanitize hospitals, homes etc from the pandemic of COVID-19. They are stealing people's money. Shame on them for doing this to people. Please help me retrieve my money and to stop them from doing this to anyone else. This company doesn't have a number to call, every communication is through emails. Oh, and then they charged my bank card again under a different company name called FabFashion LTD Wanchai HK. Thank God, I called my bank when I realized. They need to be stopped

i order hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes on april 5 ,2020...i received confirmation email but i have not heard from since...have sent 2 emails complaining with no reply...pd with credit card
