The scammer scheduled a service to come assess our HVAC for repair, and required us to sign up for a subscription, to come out for a visit. They never showed up and claimed they would reverse the charge but did not. When we filed a dispute of the charge with our credit card company, they filed false evidence to challenge our dispute, including by claiming that they came out and performed the service, and by providing a falsified terms of service.
