Scammers impersonate mortgage company to demand home warranty
Also state that the lender, Geneva Financial LLC (who I work for) referred them to Home Warranty Services USA.
Also have statements like "Based on your mortgage lender's requirements for your current loan, you may be required to have home warranty coverage in place at all times to stay in compliance" That's a is false. There's no compliance placed on home loans or mortgages that require a home warranty. They use the word "MAY" but this is never required and can't even be stated as may. They are misrepresenting themselves as Geneva Financial LLC and nowhere in their letter do they state the name of their company. Misleading! They need to be stopped.
