This company sent a letter with no return address, no business name, no identifying info, only an 888 phone number. It URGENTLY warned me that this was a FINAL NOTICE and that I needed to buy a home warranty plan with them NOW, period. The envelope and the letter itself was clearly fabricated to try to scare elderly people into thinking that all would be lost if one did not buy a warranty from them. Since there is no address or business info, one must call the 888-388-6958 phone number, which ends up being a very high pressure sales pitch call center God knows where, specifically targeting senior citizens and everyone else they can get their hands on too. If they succeed in scaring you into buying their warranty, they will immediately want credit card info, banking info, and whatever financial info they can get.
