We have been paying $50 a month for six years for this home warranty. Our A/C stops working every summer and the techs the company sent out could never find a leak. They filled it up with Freon and it would last until the next spring/summer. This year, the tech was able to find a leak. He submitted the claim to HWA on May 6, 2020. We have yet to get our A/C fixed and it is consistently over 90 degrees inside the house. My husband and I call every day or every other day and get the same run around. “You are unable to talk to a supervisor, they will escalate your claim to emergent, someone will call you back.” These are all lies. Today is July 8, 2020. We still have no A/C. When looking at reviews, not a single person has gotten a replacement. This company is a SCAM!!!
