This was a mailing designed to look like a collection notice, the words FINAL WARNING were clearly visible through the envelope window. The following words were also visible: RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE REQUESTED. The notice was marked PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL, although what was exposed through the envelope window would have violated the rights of a debtor.

Lender information visible through the window stated FANNIE MAE MORTGAGE, which is laughable because we own our home outright having paid cash for it in September.

This is clearly an attempt to defraud, mislead, and apply pressure to the owner of any house that they have to take this coverage when they do not.
