Got postcard in the mail wanting us to register for continued protection for a mechanical system covering inside/outside. Waiving a home inspection that was the Home warranty division side. The other side said County Deed Records. Dwelling for place of location, Component was Mechanical systems for inside/outside area and home inspection was waived. Got a registration ID # along with a pin and was for a Warranty Replacement Notice... Hours of Operation Mon-Fri 7am-7pm CST, Sat 10am-4pm CST.

Received mailed letter with name different than resident, but with correct address. Letter that did not look like from any sort of reputable company. Said addressee urgently needed to call about home warranty. NO return address on envelope, but zip code only identifier is located in Kentucky. Think this scam is to get the legitimate ome owner to call to correct who really owns the property.

Received a postcard for "Dwelling" saying Home Warranty for mechanical systems, inside/outside coverage would expire 9/27/24.

Home inspection - waived, Usage Limit - continual
