Home Wizard - Home Warranty Department letter stating FINAL NOTICE to renew a home warranty plan. Letter appears to come from my local bank (Lake City Federal Bank). The body of the letter has my property address and my previous lenders name included to make this appear as if it came from my bank. My bank (Lake City Federal Bank in Lake City Minnesota) has no connection to this at all. This company is purposely misleading people to make it appear as if the bank is behind this. It states this requires an immediate response as this states FINAL NOTICE but no previous notice has ever been received. Whatever company sent this is purposely misleading people to believe they have a connection to their local bank.
