I just got a letter with a sticky note from Laura hand written to "friend" at my new address. Saying they were concerned I didn't have any coverage to take care of the repairs. Which coincidently I was in a dispute about pre-existing repairs with the previous owner. So I was worried about however I had just gotten Home Warranty Ins. The day before. Had I not I might have gotten scammed. This morning they called again. I looked the phone number and saw a lot of people had gotten the same letter and it was a scam. This is why from now on any unsolicited phone numbers I get I am looking up. I also try to do most business with local Hawaii companies.
