My story is very similar to the other complaint. I placed my order August 23. They took my money but I never got any tracking info. I emailed them a month later and never got a response. Like the other complaint, I also went to the website and tried to email the support email listed on there, but got no response there either. So I got scammed out of $34.89

I had ordered a Hulafit from Home Trends1 on August 23rd, 2021. They confirmed my purchase and would get my order ready for shipment. It has been over two weeks since I placed the order and have not received any updates regarding the order. I sent an email to [email protected] on 9/5/21 at 5:35pm checking on the status; I never received a response. On 9/8/21, I sent another email to the same checking in to still not receive a response. I found another email on the website of [email protected] but the email came back stating the address does not exist, couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. There is no phone number or any other way to contact these people. They do not show an address or a phone number. I cannot get my money back but I can tell this to anyone else so they do not get scammed.
