I brought a puppy online on 01/10/2020. And the seller said the total price for the puppy was $ 700+ 100 shipping fees. She charged me $500 for the puppy first and noted when I get the puppy I had to pay the rest. And she said the puppy would shipped and arrived to my door on 01/11/2020. And in the morning, she let the delivery agent to contact me and told me to pay another $1100 for rental crate fee. And they said I need to paid that bill to make sure the puppy can be shipped and I paid. And after that in the afternoon, they asked me for another bill. $900. They said it was the insurance for the puppy, if I didn’t pay it. The puppy would be sent to quarantine department. And that time, I felt this wasn’t make sense anymore. They even couldn’t give the details of the flight ticket. I didn’t pay the $900 , and they said the puppy was already sent to the quarantine department. So, I asked for refund. And the seller said the delivery agency has refunded to her, but she would refund only when she have taken back the puppy from the delivery agency. I don’t know whether I could get my money back or not. But I think I am definitely facing a pet scam by these people.
