I called for a locksmith. I was told that it would cost $39.99 to have someone come out and then I received another call saying it would be $19.99 for the service and that the person would tell me BEFORE starting if it would be more. The person came and and spent maybe 25 seconds unlocking my door handle, not even a deadbolt. He hands me a bill of $225!!! I said WHAT!?? He then told me thats what they charge and that he didn't know who I talked to but they usually say that but the price is different when they finish. He then proceeded to tell me not to worry that I would be able to send it to insurance. Total scam! How are they even still in business! I called several others and their prices were not even close to that range. I went with this company when I was told that it would cost $50. They have several different phone numbers and names for their company.
