We were looking for a place to rent when we met someone who said they owned this house we went and saw it and we wanted it we paid him 800 for security and 800 for first months rent and we moved in. We were just finishing up settling in my husband went to work and i was finishing unpacking when there was a knock at the door and it was the city of buffalo wondering why we were there i showed them the lease explained who we rented from and it turns out the city of buffalo owned the house so this man is going around to abandoned houses that are decent and renting them out to people. Please make sure you look to see if your city owns it first before giving away your money. Now me and my husband and our children have no where to go and dont have the funds to rent a new place
