I had signed contract on 01/24/2021 however same day I emailed that I would like to cancel per the contract within 24 hours, that I can provide per request. I was going back and forth until 02/09/2022 I recieved the email stating I have been approved for refund that I can provide also upon request. I was provided very few information on why it would be delayed with different stories from different customer representatives until eventually I was met with an aggressive representative who refused to state the name of their supervisor nor identify any upper management that would help assist in the inconsistencies of their stories. Below I Attached the email attempting to contact the initial representative that approved the refund and included General team. As of 03/15/22 I have not received a response from either team that led me to believe I may have been victim of scam.
