We contacted this business about purchasing a puppy. Shefrin Johnson contacted us back with videos of the puppy. He spoke with us on the phone but his English was very poor. However he was able to answer all of our questions. We paid and he provided a contract. The contract had several errors so we asked them to be corrected and he did so and sent back the corrected copy with his signature. We received what appeared to be legitimate tracking information on the dog. When the dog arrived about 1/2 way, we were contacted by said shipping company via text and email stating that the "kennel failed inspection" and that we would need to pay $1600 right away for an air conditioned kennel. They insinuated that the puppy was waiting for this air conditioning or he could not be delivered. Mr. Johnson then said we had to pay and it was not his fault. When we refused he stated that we did "not care about love" of the dog. Again, his English is very poor. We demanded a refund and he said we were free to seek legal action. Another name in this scam is wife Tracey Morgan. The shipping company is Best Interstate Logistics..
