They take MLS for sale listings and re-post them as very reasonable rentals. They say there is a for sale sign in yard but disregard it, because they will be renting instead of selling. They ask you go to the home, the back door should be unlocked, if not, just look in the windows. If you like, send the $100 application fee. They will say they will meet you there and never show up, but they had to go into work. They put names of the actual owners in the advertisements, but they put the last name first and first name last. (they don't understand English very well). If you goggle the phone number (573-398-4653), you will see the scam throughout the US.
