Victim was looking to buy a poodle. He found a breeder on a website. He could not remember if he entered his info on the site or if he texted phone number on the site, but he started receiving texts from 215-395-2561. The business name is Home of Poodles and the contact was Paul Bleman. Victim was told no charge for dog, but shipping would be $500 something (could not remember exact). When Paul lowered shipping to $300, victim said yes. He sent $288 money order via Money Gram. Afterwards, victim was given multiple excuses why dog was not being sent. He has still not received dog.
