Wanted to purchase and adopt a puppy chihuahua and paid them to ship the puppy all together $800. However they wanted another additional fee of $1500 for a special crate that made no sense nor explained in detail before purchasing the puppy that there were more fees then promised. And told me that there confused of this fee and will not ship my puppy and make me wait for the refund even though I paid through Zelle.
