Doug Hartman has lived in the Sol Chenman building at 624 west 21st street norfolk, virginia for the last 3 years. He lists my personal address as his business address and uses a photo of my home on his website to convice licensing authorities he has a physical business site. He occupies an office above a local restaurant, Yorgos, on colonial St in Norfolk as well as uses a PO Box. He has had business converences using the yorgos office, but still uses my home (with photo) as his physical site address. I receive sheriff summons, child support documents, tax statements and other mail made out to him personally and his business on a weekly basis. He is using my home to evade authorities, falsify licensing requirements and as websiste advertising. I want this OFFICALLY changed.

BBB Note:  Instances such as this there are a couple of options open to individuals. )1-Contact an attorney and have a cease and destist order filed against the company and individual for using your place of residence as their physical address, 2) contact the registered agent for the company's website and and have deactivate the website for providing false information, and 3) File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding the company providing false information to consumers.
