Made. A phone appointment to come and repair my refrigerator. The guy Sam came and before he even started wanted payment upfront for labour.. Since my freezer full of food was thawing,I unwittingly paid. He then looked into the problem and said it was the control panel and it costs another$480.00 for the part. No guarantee part availability .wanted this amount upfront.

I said this is not lawful practice. When repair is complete I will pay. I told him to leave. Did not get service.

After he left I found that the fridge plug was faulty.changed to another plug in.Voila the fridge now works. This guy knew all along about this and yet wanted to scam me. This business is a FRAUD. Please warn others to be aware.
