verbal then written contract that they would repair a few stones and seal the stones/ interlock part of my 2 driveways and that the job was guaranteed for 4 years: when a follow up appointment was attempted (as per agreement they would come and repair "within 2 days" while they were in Oakville), the workers differed the follow up, then stopped answering texts, then blocked my phone number, and have not answering an email sent. I see 3 issues: 1) Job not completed: not honouring guarantee for this year so this makes me suspicious they will not honour the next 3 years. 2) they are unreachable 3) I would like to forewarn any future customers to not fall for these 3 individuals (one of them named himself Danny Conroy, the other Terri and the other I did not get) 4) I have lost faith in them (and do not believe they are acting in good faith) so I want my money back so I can hire a reputable and honourable company to do the work.
