Requested snow removal services through Kijiji ad, had back and forth conversation via phone and email to negotiate terms of agreement. Met person on site going by name “Tyler Armstrong” to discuss snow removal needs at property services would be rendered at. Received contract and paid for services. After first snowfall services were not performed, contacted company and were told they had staffing challenges. All further calls and emails went unanswered.
