Our business received the following suspicious consumer message: "Hello, I'm Maxim Sebastian, I would like to know if you do roof Replacement, if yes, kindly please get back to me as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks."
We replied to the consumer and received a follow up email: "Thank you for getting back to me, I will send the address, are you the owner of the business and do you accept direct deposit or check?"
The language seems off on the messages.
