We hired Greg Davey owner of Georgian Masonry and Construction for a major cottage renovations. Greg was slow at getting work done but we were seeing some progress so when he requested payments we provided it through bank notes, etransfers and cash. Greg Davey then disappeared leaving the cottage raised in the air, foundation half done and done wrong, torn down a retaining wall and treeline not on our property, he torn out the heads of our holding tanks and damaged the water lines to the well, left the electrical panel uncovered and live and completely gutted. Our entire yard was ripped apart with sand piled all over the area. He has subcontractors that have been unpaid and the list goes on. His website is now down and his phone goes right to voice mail and he is no longer at his address.
