I saw an ad posted on a local Facebook group indicating that a woman had started up a duct cleaning business with her family and looking for local support. She was offering a rate of $99 per furnace for unlimited cleaning. Upon arrival I was informed my house needed additional cleaning at a cost of $75/line. This amounted to a total bill of over $1000. Upon leaving, a I noticed property damage made by the company. They had bent several air registrars and had broken drywall in another room. They also left a hole in our vent coming from a furnace. Upon trying to reach out for resolution with the business via Facebook messenger, I was immediately blocked. I have no other way of contacting them. Fortunately purchase was made through my credit card. I will be challenging the charge.
