John the .contractor scammed my 93-year-old mother-in-law by not measuring her driveway correctly and overcharging her 860.00. When he was confronted by her, he recalculated it and said he would send her a check for 860.00. The check never came in the mail after 2 weeks. My husband called and he said he would cancel the check and bring her cash. He never did. I called and he said he would cancel the check and drop it off and he never did. He texted me and said he would show up the next day but never did. I contacted Angie's list and they tried but he does not belong to either Angie's or home advisor. He told my mother-in-law he never does an invoice for tarring the driveway.- We are going to file a claim in court
