I hired this company to install a new gas furnace in my home. They delivered the furnace and advised they would be back in a couple of days to hook it up to the gas. They had to request a gas meter. I contacted them for seven months, and they never returned. I paid in full for the furnace and installation when they were there the first and only day. After seven months I had to hire another company to do the job as I repeated called, emailed Burford but they never came back to do the work. I would truly like this resolved as I have spent almost a year trying to get my money back for a job that they never done. Please let me know if there is any way you might be able to help me out. It would be greatly appreciated. I think this company must take advantage of other. I certainly could not be the only one. Very unfortunate as I like to support my local neighbours. Any potential customers should be aware. Do Not Pay Until They Have Completed The Work.
